so after days of trying i thought finally, my cards been accepted.. wrong, they took £40 upfront and didnt send confirmation email, once again said my details were incorrect how if they have took money!!!! To make this better i have no way of contact...

hi i keep trying to get out an additional contract. (for family plan) But, when attempting to enter card details, it declines and says "Card can't be checked"I rang the bank, they said it wasn't their side and to ring 02, 02 weren't helpful..
