So I went into store today to try and pre-order the iPhone 16 and their systems went south and couldn’t even send me my security code. I’ve seen others have struggled too however many have managed to just pre-order online using their switch up.
i have switch up but when I try to use it online I don’t even get the option for it, I only get the option to pay off my current device and upgrade. Why is this? Has anyone else had this issue?

So I went online today and the option was now there but the IMEI search wasn’t working. I phoned up and finally got the pre-order done and was told I’d receive the device on the 20th but then when I signed my agreement in the emails it came up estimated delivery 4 weeks. Annoyed with the whole mess really as I was literally at the store yesterday at half 12 nice and early but nothing worked! Oh well at least it’s done now anyway.

I’ve got the same issue but when I put my IMEI number in it says device not eligible for switch up.
