Hi, I recently got a new phone and was told on the phone when purchasing this that I am able to get 20% off my airtime bill and can apply this once my phone arrives. I now have my new phone and I have been trying to send the discount code to 61202 all day and I keep getting the same reply saying sorry we didn’t recognise this. I have been into a store and phoned customer services and I have got nowhere. Please can someone help me as this is the main reason why I went with o2 to get the student discount.

Student discount is usally applied via UniDays or Totum? Do you have these Apps?

Hi,
Did you get your phone online or instore? If it was online, you needed to have had the code added to your basket. If you bought your phone instore you need a store code. Here's a link for you that I hope will help you.
