Stuck at credit check

Hi, I ordered a pay monthly phone on the 15/06 for delivery 17/06. It wasn't delivered so I contacted o2 via live chat to check the progress. I have been told on 3 different days and occasions it's with the credit check team and to wait 24hrs and I still have received no communication. Any help would be highly appreciated 😞 I have received the pcci, cca, key information and order confirmation on the day I ordered it but nothing else. Checked spam and bin folder and there's nothing. "My o2" shows no devices as well.

Thank you. I contacted the sales team and spoke to a lady who reassured me and said the issue was on o2's end. Said the credit check was fine and something had flagged on my account?? Something to do with an I.P address but said the problem is resolved and they would despatch yesterday for delivery today and I would get an email to confirm so. No email received yesterday, still nothing showing in "my o2" and to be honest I doubt I will get any email today. Do I just call this number again? They seem to be telling me things that just do not happen over and over and over at this point. Stuck again
