Hi,
I need some help regarding an issue with my new O2 contract. I signed up a day ago and besides the initial order confirmation email, I haven't received any further updates from O2.
I've contacted customer service , and they keep informing me that my order is with the credit check team. It seems this team can only be reached through internal emails, which hasn't resolved anything. My credit check should have no issues, so it appears my order is just stalled.
Could someone please investigate this matter further? This delay is quite frustrating, and I'm already feeling disappointed with O2's service.

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if yo can - on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) ,
