I'm paying £19.25 a month for 20GB data but my device says I've only got 8GB data and it's full so I can't use it as have been unable to delete any apps or move anything to the SD card. I'm basically paying O2 nearly £20 a month for nothing in return and Aura didn't understand my question no matter how I phrased it and I'm just a little bit frustrated!

Device storage and data amounts are two different things.

20gb is the amount of data you can use per month for internet use. This is not stored on your phone.

The 8gb is how much data your device is capable of storing and is used for holding apps, pictures and videos etc.

8gb is way too small these days so you really need to upgrade to a phone with at least 64gb of storage as a minimum.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

What phone do you have? You should be able to move or delete stuff?
