After requesting a PAC code and submitting via the webpage, i was greeted with a porting date 2 days later, all good so far.
Fast forward 6 weeks, still paying on both contracts and no sign of the port completing - says in progress, multiple calls to customer services to no avail, visit in store to no avail, is anyone else having issues like this?
I thought this would be a simple task?

It should be simple @SOLST but not these days with O2 sadly.
