Hi everyone,

I have moved into my girlfriends house while we are in lockdown. The signal is poor where she lives. I have a boostbox I used prevously at my home when signal wasn't good a few years ago. Found it out today to take to hers but it's not setting up. Keep getting the red flashing power light and the solid orange phone light on the box. Checked the sky router over and that seems to be all good. Do o2 disconnect the boxes if they aren't used for a while.

Boostboxes have to be connected to an internet source by O2. You can't just move them from one to another unfortunately.

You will need to contact business customer services to get it connected Guide: How to find help & contact O2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
