Hi there, I have paid up two devices on my Pay Monthly account but am still being charged for the tariffs on both...How do I cancel these so no more money goes on these devices and the Airtime bill? TIA

I have paid for a daily bolt on to make and recieve calls whist abroad however i have a number of charges for calls (normal landline numbers) that i made back to the UK on a couple of days. Why would this be?
