Can anyone tell me how I make contact to say I am being charged the wrong amount. I was advised to buy a phone and tariff then nextvday pay for phone and change to sim only. All went ok, paid for phone and shop changed tariff. My bill shows old tariff. Where do I go?

You will need to contact customer services if your tariff doesn't update in the next day or so. Systems are a bit slow currently
