Hi, I’ve had no signal on both of my contracts for 3 weeks and feel I shouldn’t have to pay this months bill when I haven’t had access to my phone

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
Thanks

The Terms and Conditions that you signed-up to when you joined O2 do not guarantee service ; this is the same across all of the UK's mobile network operators. Hence, you can ask O2 to give you a credit as a gesture of goodwill, but if they say "no", you are obliged to pay up !
Please do settle promptly. If O2 perceive that you owe them money, they have a track record of selling debts to Debt Collection Agencies, and of trashing the customer's credit score in the process.

To be discussed with O2.
