Hi. I recently had to cancel my PAYG with O2 and switch to pay monthly as my SIM card failed and they said that would fix it. I am yet to receive my SIM over 2 weeks later. O2 has no email address for customer service and I cannot call anyone to help me because I have no SIM card. The whole ordeal has been nothing but hassle for me. How can I talk to O2 when they don't provide any email address?

Classic case of mis-selling. Moving to contract won't change things and is totally unnecessary.

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say 'Upgrade', 'Lost/Stolen', or 'Fraud' if the suggestion above doesn't get you through.
