Hi all,
12 days ago I went into an o2 store to upgrade to an iphone 6. The adviser showed me the deals and the 6s was pretty much the same price. As i was going on holiday and he told me the price could change before launch i decided to wait until i got back from my holiday and the phone was out. my tariff had gone up massively due to loyalty discounts etc ending so the adviser said he'd pop me on a Sim only tariff for now and that i could upgrade any time (he actually said that 4 times throughout the transaction). I signed the paper work and left. Now I've tried to phone o2 today (unable to get through) to upgrade to the 6s only to keep receiving text saying i can upgrade in August 2016... Is this correct? Has this adviser in my local shop 'stiffed' me or can i upgrade when i eventually get through to a human???
Thanks Mark

If you contact customer services (not live chat) there should be a record of your transaction. They will need to sort this http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
