Hi, I am having an issue trying to upgrade online and wondered if anyone has had a similar issue. I was able to upgrade my wife's account fine using my bank card however when I try to do mine it is saying the payment did not go through and try again....

Resolved! New sim not working !!!!!

Last week i lost my phone i rang O2 inwhich they blocked my number and sent a new sim out. My phone was returned to me yesterday. I took old sim out and put new in but it still says no service.

Why can't I just have £10 credit on pay as you go and not have to have a plan that costs me that money each month? I use my o2 SIM in my emergency phone so I just want to phone if I have a problem so I don't need free txt and internet time.
