With all the Royal Fail strikes, it is probably in the backlog of mail to be delivered, I know at the moment some mail is taking 10 - 14 days to be delivered. 

 

If it is a new sim then speak to the sales team 

message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Or you can call them on 0800 081 0255


If it is a replacement sim then the best thing to do is pop to your local o2 store with Photo ID and they can sort a new sim for you.
