Showing as paid

Hi All,

 

when will you account show as paid? my account is showing a £0 balance on my bill however i havent paid it yet its due out monday?

If your balance is zero it's either paid already or nothing to pay this month.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

As others have said C.S is your best bet, but I too noticed this in my O2. It appeared when the DD was applied for(3-5 days before being taken) My payment came out as normal on the correct day. No need to worry your payment will go through on the normal day
