I would imagine you have to print it off, sign it and post it back to them.
Unless it's marked as a copy just for you to keep.

Isn't this a 'virtual signature'. In other words O2 send it...the fact you receive it means you accept it. I am sure an O2 staff member pointed this out some time ago....
