i've just joined today and its my first post, please be gentle lol
i have contacted O2 via the live chat service for the past 2 days with a query i have.
basically what's happening is when i try to make in-app purchases i keep getting "payment declined" message?
i am using a samsung galaxy alpha handset and also samsung galaxy tab s 10.5
the payment declined message occurs whether i use the bill to my account service, paypal, google wallet, debit card.
i have funds readily available, so i know thats not an issue.
if anyone can help or clarify matters further please.
any advice greatly appreciated.
i've just done that right now, for my phone and the tablet but i'm still getting the same message that payment has been declined???
i cant even use any other payment method either?
i've rebooted the phone, taken the sim card out waited for a while put it back in but no luck.
i've uninstalled the app, cleared the cache etc as well.
i'm very puzzled.
my bills are up to date, my last bill was about £300, i travel every 6 weeks and i roam on O2 when i'm abroad. my current unbilled roaming charges are £410.
but for this i'm being declined lol
