Share data with tablet

Hi there, could you please let me know how I can share my data of my contract with a sim-enabled tablet? (apart from hotspot)

Would an eSim card work withit (in addition to my physical sim in my phone)?

You cant have 2 sims with the same number on your account, you will either have to sign up to as new data plan for the tablet or use your mobile hotspot. 

There is no alternative, with any UK network.
