I bought a new phone and now I can't send photos via text. Can you please remind me how to get it set up?

Hi.

Text ACTIVE to 2020 , save the settings and reboot your phone.

The manual apn settings are here-

Some phones have mms toggle settings that need to be turned on.

Occasionally a person need to ring Cs to have their account provisioned for mms.

Remember they are not a part if your inclusive minutes typically costing £0.40 on contract and £0.25 on Payg.

E mail , what's app and viber are good alternatives as long as the recipient has the latter two downloaded too.

Make sure you have mobile data turned on too.
