Good morning,

I would just like to understand why my bills have gone up since I paid for my device?

I can see charges for sending photos, I probably didn't realise this, but even so my bills have gone up a lot in the last 2 months.

Please can my account be checked.

Thanks Linn Ward

This is a customer community, so we can't check your bills @Charges3

You should be able to see the history once you log into your account.

If you have finished paying off your device then it is possible you were on a promotional tariff which also ended, or you had a discount which has finished.

Check the guides below about your bill.

Guide: How do I get to the 'Download Bill' page?

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
