Setting up a direct debit

I’m trying to buy an Apple Watch online through My O2 but it’s saying I need to set up a direct debit on my account and to do this I need to call up.
Can I do it online? As everywhere is saying to only call for emergencies?
Is there a way I can do it online without bothering the call line?

You could print this form and send it off. Problem is, I'm not sure how quickly it will be activated with the current crisis
