Upgrade

My contract is up 8th May so I want to upgrade my phone. The upgrade options are awful. I want to keep my current airtime plan which is 15GB of data but I can now only choose 5GB or 90GB?! Is there anyway I can speak to someone about my options or is it better to just wait for Covid to blow over?

You will be able to speak to someone if you call, but expect a wait to get through. The data plans available do vary by the phone you want to get, but if you speak to someone they may be able to give you tariffs that are not shown on the site.

What phone are you looking at?

There are some great sim only deals if you wanted to keep your current phone for the time being and choose a new phone when the crisis is over

Sim only are 30 days, 12 or 18 months.

I honestly feel you would have a better selection of phones later in the year.
