Payment pending

I have a pending payment on PayPal that needs to be refunded To me as order was declined for a pay monthly phone. I’ve waited a week now for my deposit back. Nobody has responded to any of my emails about this.

o2 doesn't have a receiving email address.
If you have an up front payment you think you are due back you will need to call.
All numbers and ways to call are below. Best to call just after 8am.

Hi, I’d like to change my payment date from the 5th May (payment is due then) until the 15th May. My wages have changed to the 15th of the month and it’s causing me a headache and extra charges. I hope it’ll be ok to change the payment date - I understand my next payment date would include a higher payment to account for the extra 10 or so days. Please get back to me and let me know if this will be acceptable. Thank you

PayPal will hold the money until claimed or return to you automatically if not.

O2 don't have the money so cannot refund you.

I thinks the PayPal terms state they will hold for 10 days before returning.
