I just received what I assume is a scam text. It's vaguely worded, with an oddly terse first sentence that is neither a statement nor a question. It reads: 'O2: Trouble processing your latest bill. To update your billing details and avoid additional fees please visit: [URL]'.
I had a look around the O2 website, but I can't find anywhere to either report scam texts or read advice on what scam messages are typically being used, or see what a genuine O2 message looks like. Anyway, take care!

O2 never text from a mobile number.
If you also received a OTP by text at the same time, you need to change your O2 password immediately as it means the scammers have access to your account.
