My elderly mother has an android phone on a pay-as-you-go O2 SIM.

I have just upgraded my iPhone and wish to give her my 'old' iPhone.

How do I transfer her number from the android SIM she is currently using to an iPhone SIM and put it on my account so I can pay for a monthly contract for her?

In store or by calling customer service who will send out a new sim and transfer the number.

If you want it on contract you will need to take a new sim only contract and transfer the number to it.
