Hi I have changed my tariff from a pay monthly to a SIM card only tariff with 10GB of database for 12 months which is currently showing on your website as £17 for the first 12 months, I have just looked at my account and this is now showing as a £30 cost.
Can this rectify or can I cancel the tariff change

You will see the discount when your bill is generated. Until then it will always show the full price. I am on a sim only contract and took this out at the beginning of the month. It was on offer. You will only pay the discounted price (I have had my first bill so confirm this )
