Can you tell me why my billing period is 23 July 2017 -23 August 2017, yet I have £5 of charges from 7th July 2017 on this months bill?? Please explain as I didnt expect the bill to be this high at all Regards

How do I find all my bills for the past 2 years on the website? I've been clicking around the website signed in for half an hour. My app says go to the o2 webiste that I am on and I just need to view and print off all my phone bills? Can anyone help?
