Why does o2 not roll over our data that we pay for

They just don't. Other networks do but O2 hasn't caught up with them yet...

It rolls over for a month if you buy a bolt on....

I could ask why you pay for data you dont need, I guess?
But bottom line is that the T&C's you agreed to make it clear that any unused tariff data is lost at the end of each month.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

We don't all know how much data we will need each month. I was offered 1, 2 or 5GB or more. Occasionally I need more than 5GB but usually i'm well under. If i'm away from home, for example, I use more data so would appreciate rolling over data from months when I am at home.

Please, O2, let us roll over any unused data.
