Hi. I would like set up direct debit for bills but how ? Who can help me ? Thanks

Just call 202 and customer service will do that though I'm not sure if you can now do that in My O2

@Bart Just make sure that when you call you have all your bank's details to hand, i.e. bank name, sort code, and account number.
