I can't get mobile data. I am in France and I've had the text saying welcome to France etc. Roaming is switched on but keep getting could not activate data networking. The carrier is showing as Bouygues. I have tried switching it off and on again several times. Can anyone help.

Thanks so much. You are a life saver. Not sure why O2 doesn't say that in their instructions.

The problem is that you have the wrong data bolt on.
When you get home, you need to call O2 on 202 and ask them to change your data to iData for iPhone and then reset your network settings, but don't do this until you get home.
