@Cvalet This is not O2. This is a customer community. You can call customer service from any phone for free using 0800 032 1402. Hopefully they can put you on a payment plan, but you probably won't get use of your phone. You need to make some kind of arrangement, otherwise your credit rating will suffer, if it hasn't already. You will find it difficult to get credit for anything until this gets settled. Unfortunately, O2 are ruthless when it comes to this. Sorry if this sounds harsh, but that's the way it is. Good luck.
