4 weeks ago Dpd collected my phone to send to O2 for inspections on my insurance claim and I was told that I'd have a replacement device sent to me within 5 days however it still hasn't arrived. I called them numerous times for an update but they weren't able to tell me when I should receive my phone. Last week I made a formal complaint and i'm also being compensated for the delay but its been a week since that phone call and still no phone. Calling them again won't lead to anything, so I just wanted to know is anyone having or has had the same problem? And has anyone had to wait 4+ weeks for their replacement phone to arrive?

Definitely not right at all.
I had to make a claim a while back, granted, but had replacement phone within 48 hours.
Keep calling until they resolve it for you.
