i have ordered a new device but my device was lost including with sim and now want to replace my sim with esim that sim is very important to me my banking details was registered on that number

@escobar83 You need to report your device as lost asap. O2 will send you a new sim with the same number:
There have been many problems reported with esims. You'd be better off keeping a physical sim:
