Hi. I need help to replace my SIM card.

I am an UK resident on holiday in Rio de Janeiro Brazil. My phone was stolen and I need to replace my O2 SIM to my new phone and obviously stop the old SIM card being used by criminals.

No one from o2 will contact you from here and putting URGENT means SFA.

@Orlando To add, once reported as stolen, a new sim will only be sent to your UK registered address. O2 will not send it to you in Brazil.

You do realise that any replacement SIM will be sent to your registered UK address?

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
