I’ve ordered a watch on the 1st September for next day delivery which was added to my contract still haven’t received it, the currier have never received the parcel o2 delayed it. It seems like no1 can sort the matter customer services say go to store store say call customers services. The customer care I have had is disgusting I’ve had people just hang up on me people lie to me even when I was in store with a manager the customer service representative put the phone down on the manger twice coz he was telling him how to do there job! I’ve been charged now for the watch on my contract in the last month and now the new bill will be coming out soon so probs have to pay again! Everyone saying they can’t cancel the contract where do I stand on this coz I just don’t no anymore?
