Hi,
so my account has since closed, and 02 owe me a refund of £10.98 as I paid to much on my final bill I was notified in February 2022. It is now April and I have still been trying to claim this refund amount back. I’ve called 02 customer service on 202 multiple times where they fill out a “refund form” but the. A few days later I get an email saying “ We have been issued with a request to refund to you the sum of £10.98.
In order to process this refund, we require details of your card number
and expiry date from you which was used to make the last payment. Please
contact us at your earliest convenience on 0844 847 0202 or 202 from
handset.

Refunds Team.“
it’s a endless cycle and 2 months later I’m still waiting for this refund - is there other way I can contact 02 and get this refund sorted or am I best to get debt collectors/my bank involved?
