I recently incorreclty orded an upgrade agianst the wrong number and your customer services suggested that i return the phone and cancel the refund. They sent me the returns packaging etc and I returned an iPhone Xs on the 20th of March, this was confirmed via Royal mail.
I have not seen the refund coming back to my credit card and the monthy payements have started on this handset that has been sent back.
Please advise when this will all be corrected?

Call customer service to see if t's been scanned back into stock yet
Everything is taking longer due to the lockdown. Call centres and social distancing means limited staff to handle all the queries. Patience needed I'm afraid.
