Refresh upgrade question

Hi all

I upgraded via the speed to refresh option in my local O2 store yesterday. However I'm having second thoughts about the handset I have chosen. Am I able to change the handset I selected within 7 days for an alternate?

According to the T&C's online I can but I'm assuming this is based on online sales. Does this work for in store as well as I recall having to read something which covered no 7 day returns.

Many thanks in advance.

@perksie from my reading of all the relevant t&c I would say only Speed to Refresh but best to check with customer services as there seam to be so many diferent t&c at the moment.

If its a faulty handset you can exchange it for another one.....

I think there is a lot of confusion here due to the many seperate t&c and returns page advice.

I would urge the op to ring 202 and get confirmation pointing out to customer service tyhe wording in all the othere relevant t&C

Hi guys,

With O2 Refresh you have a 7 day cooling off period regardless of whether it was started online, on the phone with us or in-store. During these 7 days you have to return the phone undamaged and its original packaging. If you bought a Refresh package in a store you'll also need a proof of purchase.

This applies to standard O2 Refresh or if you upgrade to O2 Refresh using the Speed to Refresh option.

If you have upgraded through Speed to Refresh, you still have a 7 day cooling off period but the early upgrade fee is non-refundable.

Hope that helps! If there is any other confusion, do let me know and I'll see what I can do to educate slight_smile

Toby that agrees with the post I deleted on the first page, but what about the terms Adam posted saying you can change the phone if you bought it on Speed to Refresh?

They would seem to be correct too?
