Hi I've got a refresh contract but want to use the sim in my current device and give my son the iPhone for his birthday. I've read you can't use a different sim in the device is that correct

Thanks Jonsie. I was worried when I read o2 will demand the device back if another sim other than the one on contract is using it. I will use the sim and pay the bill. Is this not right as part of the refresh contract?

Hi jonsie I had the same question, but giving the phone to my wife who is on another network (she gets her sim from work). Is that problematic in terms of using a non o2 sim on a refresh contract device. I've read the info but can't be clear myself

No it won't be a problem at all

As long as you continue paying the device plan it doesn't matter what network simcard is used in it @Harryharry
