I’ve paid my bill, had confirmation that all bars will be taken off my account, but I’ve still not been connected. Its been over 48 hours since I paid, can you please help

It can take up to a week or more for O2's systems to catch up when a phone has been disconnected for missed payments, @Bradleigh
Do consider setting up a Direct Debit to avoid this hassle in the future - it can be done in your MyO2.
