I have ordered a SIM-only pay monthly plan online and have only received an email with an order reference number. I was supposed to hear back within 24 hours and then receive my SIM within 3 business days; however, I have been waiting for a week with no response. I have contacted customer service 3 times and have been told that they cannot help me as my order is with the credit check team. What is the quickest way to resolve this?
