@Pennypee7 - We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you borrow a phone to call O2 on 202 or 0344 809 0202 or use O2's social media to help by messaging them, links at the page just below this post. They should be able to help you with this.
If you have no access to a phone then use Skype to call 0800 032 1402

You need to speak to the Payment Management Team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
