I want to reconnect my contract but unfortunately haven’t been able to get online and my number isn’t getting any messages just get on to my 02 app

You can reach the Payment Management team on 0800 902 0217.
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

You can avoid similar issues in the future @Matt17- by setting up a direct debit.
