So, I've just got in from a 12hr shift and I cannot even come close to expressing how close to a panic attack I am right now.

I received 4 individual letters all on the same day, all 4 dated the 9th of April. Stating that I am in arrears and enforcement action was being taken .

This is the first time I was made aware of this.

No emails, no phone calls, no text messages, NOTHING.

One letter says I have until the 24th of April to repay then another saying that it's been forwarded to collection agencies, requiring full repayment and termination of contract.

I cannot even state just how angry, anxious, and beyond upset I am.

I have been a (stupidly) faithful O2 customer for my entire time having my own phone, I have had my own fair share of issues. But this is truly it.
