my virgin mobile sim is now an O2 sim. How do I manage this new O2 account alongside my original O2 account?? The virtual assistant cannot help. The app is unhelpful.

You should have a second, separate log in for the two accounts @Sue2022 .
Eventually you should be able to merge them so you can see both together, but while o2 are moving to a new customer system and moving Virgin customers over they have suspended the ability to do this.
