Hey everyone,
I recently moved over to Pay and Go Go Go, and frankly I am not at all impressed, so I would like to swap back to Pay and Go.
The questions is, how do I do it? I am at a loss to know what to do.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

You should be able to log into your MyO2 account and change to a different tariff there.
If that doesn't work for you look in "Contact us" at the foot of the page for how to get in touch with O2.

Thanks for your response. However, when I log in, I get the messages 'The subscriber is not a valid Prepay customer' and 'Unfortunately you can't change your tariff at the moment.<br/>There's a technical problem. For help, contact customer service.'
Apparently there is no longer a live chat option, so I suppose I am left to phone customer services...? I can't access any of my o2 services on the mobile phone, they never work.

Live chat and CS may be closed until the morning, the opening times are in "Contact us".

I believe you can only change tariff once in any 30 day period.

Correct.
If you have just switched over you will have to wait to change your tariff.
You can request it and it will change automatically at your aniversary date, but not immediately.

How can anyone choose a traiff, then say they're not happy with it?

How can anyone choose a tariff and then say they're not happy with it?
Maybe once they've started using it and realise it doesn't work for them?

It's clear what you get and all the Pay and Go tariffs are here to view, so nothing is hidden:
