Quitting Pay and Go Go Go

Anonymous
Not applicable

Hey everyone,

I recently moved over to Pay and Go Go Go, and frankly I am not at all impressed, so I would like to swap back to Pay and Go.

The questions is, how do I do it? I am at a loss to know what to do.

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

Yes, I know. I haven't suggested that anything is 'hidden' simply that it doesn't work for me. It sounded like a good plan, but in practice, it hasn't been a good package for me. Nothing personal!

Well if you tell us what's wrong with it we can pass this back to O2 and it could be redesigned.

Strange though as I've never seen anyone say this in time it's been on sale.

MI5 - I mainly make calls to other o2 numbers, and the 75 minute allowance isn't really enough, if o2 offer better deals for o2 - o2 calls, I'd probably rather go with that. I also don't get any internet coverage withthe plan, as I am using a Blackberry, so I need to add the Bolt On on top of the Pay & Go Go Go, which increases the price to a point where I think I am surely better off going with another plan.

Ah, as a BB user you would be better off with the BB Text & Web SIM.

Rather obvious when we know what phone you have.

O2 unlimited doesn't include a BB bolt on but you can add it. £10 for unlimited (free o2 to o2 calls) and £5 for the bolt on.
