Query: Moving from one contract to another

Hello O2 Community,

I was moved last month from Virgin to O2, and can see I have a monthly contract for £25. I have now ordered a BF deal on O2 for a 12 month sim for £10 a month. Could I kindly check how moving from the £25 contract to the £10 contract would work once I receive the new SIM?

Thanks

Follow the migrating part of this guide @Kaytothet :

Guide: Migration & porting into O2

Basically call o2 once you have both sims and ask them to move the number from the old sim to the new one.

Just be aware that if you are still in the minimum term of the contract that you currently have you will have to pay off that contract first before you can move your number to the new contract
