Hi there,

 

I want to be able to apply for the switch up plan but I'm not sure how I can go about doing so. I'm currently on a contract with O2 refresh, with some payments left on my device but I'd want to be able to apply the switch up sooner and am not sure how to get the plus plan online or through the app.

You will have to pay off your present device plan first after which you can take out a new Plus Plan

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
